Walking Dead by C. E. Murphy

Book Four of the Walker Papers, this one was pretty decent – I mean, Seattle, zombies, ghosts, shamanistic healing and the Great Hunt, how can you go wrong?   Joanne still doesn’t have too much of a clue as to what she is doing, but I found her a bit less irritatingly bumbling in this one then in previous outings of the series.  C. E. Murphy’s writing is still enjoyable, the story flows well, there isn’t any superfluous sex like in some supernatural fantasies, and the characters make sense, have decent backstories, and most are pretty darn likable.

I’ll eventually get to Demon Hunts – hopefully before Spirit Dances comes out in April 2011 Smile
